Staci, a dedicated mother of three teenage daughters and wife to an elementary principal, has spent her career empowering students and teachers in underperforming schools. As an instructional coach, dean of students, and associate principal, she has developed countless personalized support plans to help students and families achieve success. Now, Staci is excited to bring her expertise to the business and community sectors, helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Through personalized support plans, Staci will guide individuals and teams on their journey to success, just as she has done for countless students and teachers throughout her career.
